This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid plans and credit top-ups purchased on the NeuranestAI platform (the "Service"), operated by Neuranest Retail Private Limited.
01 Billing & credits
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor (Razorpay).
- Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Purchased credit top-ups stack on top of your monthly allowance.
- All prices are in INR and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as indicated at checkout.
02 No refunds
Except where required by applicable law, all payments are non-refundable — including subscription fees, credit top-ups, unused credits, and any unused portion of a billing period. Because credits unlock immediate access to AI compute and third-party data, they are treated as consumed on purchase.
03 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan and any remaining credits remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges are made. Cancelling does not trigger a refund for the current period (see 02).
04 Failed or duplicate payments
If you are charged due to a genuine duplicate transaction, or charged without receiving the corresponding credits/plan, contact us within 7 days at the address below. On verification, the erroneous amount is refunded to the original payment method within the timelines of our payment processor.
